So today was my weigh in day again. This was my second full week on Weight Watchers. Seems like I have already been on Weight Watchers for a lot longer than 2 weeks haha!
So this week I lost 1.8 pounds – not as much as last week, but it is still a success!!! ☺️
That means I have lost a total of 6.6 pounds in 2 weeks which is pretty great to me! I wish we could lose weight as fast as we gain it haha!!!
So this week my workouts consisted of walking on the treadmill every day.
I got myself an air fryer!
So I have been experimenting with that! I have made bagels and pigs in a blanket so far in my air fryer. Next I want to try vegetables and sausage in there. But so far I am VERY pleased with it!

I have also tried some Quest bars this week and YUM! I tried the birthday cake one and that one is my favorite so far! I also had the oatmeal chocolate chip bar and that was one was really good too! I tried the cinnamon roll one too, but I didn’t like it 😩. I need to buy some more! It’s my addiction!!! ❤️❤️
I also want to share with you some of my why’s. People say that if you make a list on your phone of why you want to lose the weight, it will help you through your journey. And every time you think of a new reason, just add it to your list. When you have a day that is hard, just look at your list to be reminded of why you are doing it.
Here are just a few of my why’s. So far on my list I have 32 reasons. Maybe each week I will share a few of my why’s.
- I want to see what I would look like 90 pounds lighter
- I want to feel pretty
- I want to be able to tuck my shirt into my skirt
- I want to wear a bathing suit without board shorts (or at least be able to wear short ones)
- I want to be able to wear high waisted skirts with my shirts tucked in
Anyway, this week was a success, and I hope that every week follows the same. I am grateful for the weight I have lost already, and I hope that I can make it to the end goal. No matter how long it takes.
